Our reason for doing this

Good post. Good purpose.

All profits from SendPrint help fund our Cornish wildlife conservation project. We are building a simple, useful service to help fund real habitat restoration and protection for native wildlife.

Profit means the money remaining after printing, postage, payment fees, tax and necessary business running costs. This is an independent conservation project, not a registered charity. We plan to publish how profits are used as the service grows.

Can I use SendPrint without owning a printer?

Absolutely - that's the whole idea. Once the service launches, you'll be able to upload a document or write a letter online and have the printed result posted. You won't need a printer, envelopes or stamps.

Can I post a letter directly to another person?

That's one of the three planned services. You will be able to upload or write a letter, enter the other person's address and request printing and postage. For now you can try the preview without submitting a real order.

Can I send a voucher or airline document?

PDF vouchers, tickets and other ordinary documents are planned. Always check whether a service will accept a printed copy and allow adequate delivery time. Most airlines also support digital boarding passes.

What about important legal documents?

Some legal documents require a wet-ink signature, proof of service or a particular delivery method. Until the relevant delivery options have been verified, do not rely on SendPrint for deadlines, court papers or other legally sensitive correspondence.

Is my uploaded document private?

Your file is previewed locally until you choose to save a test draft. In test mode, documents and address details are then stored privately, with no public download links, and deleted automatically after 24 hours. Do not upload sensitive documents until the finished privacy and security controls have been checked.

Will you print photographs too?

We are researching photo-quality A4 printing as an optional extra. The document-printing demo can preview JPG and PNG images, but photo-paper printing, prices and delivery have not been confirmed.

When will I be able to place a real order?

You can now upload a sample document and save a private test draft. Payments and physical fulfilment are not active yet.
