How it works

  1. Save the letter as a PDF. Include the recipient's correct details, your name and any required date, signature or reference number.
  2. Upload your document. Check its preview and make sure every page has been included.
  3. Choose the right postage. Second Class and First Class are economical. Royal Mail Signed For requests a signature on delivery, Tracked 24/48 offers tracking information and Special Delivery offers a stronger delivery service for time-sensitive items.
  4. Review the total and pay. SendPrint prepares the print-and-post order through a UK printing partner. You don't need to find a printer, envelope or stamps.

Which postage service should you use?

For ordinary correspondence, standard postage may be enough. Signed For may help if you want a delivery signature, while tracked services provide tracking information. For urgent items, Special Delivery may be more appropriate. Delivery aims are not guarantees unless the specific Royal Mail service says otherwise.

More than legal letters

SendPrint also helps you print coupons, boarding passes, forms, return labels and other everyday paperwork when you have no printer at home.
