Add recipient addresses

Each recipient has their own box. Use commas within the address, for example 12 High Street, St Austell, Cornwall. Everyone receives the same PDF.

CSV columns: name, address, postcode. Importing replaces the current address boxes after confirmation.

Saving here is optional and keeps addresses only in this browser. Secure accounts and shared address books are being developed separately.

Ideal for meeting notices, membership renewals and newsletters sent to residents who prefer paper. You supply the same PDF for each recipient and one list of UK addresses. Each mailing has one reference and one payment.

The 25% discount applies only when an automated supplier quote confirms that the job is viable. Personalised letters, First Class, Signed For and tracked bulk mailings are not available through this form. Saved address-book accounts will follow.
