About SendPrint and Ennals Pool
SendPrint was set up by the people behind the Ennals Pool Conservation Initiative to help generate funding for wildlife conservation, habitat restoration and ongoing care of Ennals Pool, close to the Eden Project in Cornwall.
SendPrint is a commercial online printing and postal service. A portion of the proceeds from paid orders is allocated towards supporting this conservation work, as explained on our website.
Service and orders
SendPrint provides printing and posting of letters and documents to UK addresses. Supported file types, page limits and postage services are displayed during ordering. You are responsible for supplying a complete, suitable document, a valid email address, correct recipient details and your chosen postage service. Check all details before paying.
Prices and payment
The final price in pounds sterling, including the selected printing and postage and any additional page charges or applicable taxes, is shown before payment. Stripe processes payments securely. Once payment is accepted, the order enters the production process and an order confirmation is sent to the email supplied.
Printing and preparation
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Documents may be prepared or converted for printing. Minor differences in colours, margins or layout may occur between screen and printed output. If a document cannot be processed properly, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy.
Dispatch and delivery
We aim for qualifying orders received before 3pm on a working day to be printed and posted that day. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the following working day. The target is not a guaranteed dispatch time. Delivery estimates depend on the service selected and are generally not guaranteed. Once letters enter the postal network, delivery can be affected by postal circumstances beyond our control.
Important or time-sensitive documents
SendPrint provides printing and postage, not legal advice, legal process serving or a guarantee of legal service. You are responsible for checking any statutory deadline, prescribed delivery method and requirement for evidence of service. We do not guarantee that a particular document will arrive by a legally significant date. Select the postal service appropriate to your needs and allow enough time. These warnings do not remove statutory consumer rights or our responsibility to use reasonable care and skill.
Problems, missing letters and refunds
If an order is not properly printed or posted due to a failure in our service or that of a supplier we engage, contact us with the order reference. We will investigate and, as appropriate, arrange correction, repeat performance, a suitable price reduction or a refund. For postal delays or losses after dispatch we will investigate available information and remedies, taking account of the postal service purchased and applicable law.
These terms do not prevent customers from claiming remedies or compensation to which they are legally entitled.
Responsibility and limitations
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to comply with these terms or to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable where it was obvious or known to both parties when the contract was made. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for problems caused by inaccurate information supplied by a customer where we have otherwise fulfilled our obligations.
We cannot promise the outcome of legal proceedings, successful legal service of documents or particular postal delivery dates. We are not responsible for events genuinely outside our reasonable control where the law permits that limitation, but we will take appropriate steps to inform customers and address affected orders.
Nothing excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, failure to use reasonable care and skill or mandatory statutory consumer remedies.
Changes and cancellation
Contact us promptly if an order needs changing or cancelling. Once printing or postage begins, changes may not be possible. Statutory change-of-mind rights differ for made-to-specification printed goods and services, and any request to begin work during a cancellation period must comply with the applicable legal rules. We will not treat these terms alone as a waiver of consumer rights. Refunds are normally returned by the original payment method where appropriate.
Acceptable use
You must have the right to reproduce and post materials you submit. Do not use the service to print or send unlawful, fraudulent, threatening or harassing material. We may decline orders where fulfilment would be unlawful or pose a serious security risk; payments will be handled according to the law and the circumstances.
Privacy and wildlife contributions
Documents may contain confidential information. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it. SendPrint sets aside a contribution from paid orders for wildlife work in Cornwall as described on our website; this is a contribution from the business and does not itself make the customer’s purchase a charitable donation.
