Getting a paper newsletter into people’s hands

A printed newsletter can still reach members who are not online, keep residents informed and help local groups share events, meetings and news. If your newsletter is already a PDF, SendPrint can print it and post it to a UK address without anyone needing to own a printer.

Send a single newsletter

  1. Save the newsletter as a readable PDF, with every page in the order it should print.
  2. Upload it using the form above, then enter the recipient’s postal address.
  3. Check the page count, chosen postage and price before paying.

Our standard service sends ordinary printed pages in an envelope. Stapled booklets, folded leaflets and magazine-style finishing are not currently offered through this order form.

What about a newsletter to 20, 50 or 100 households?

Use the automated bulk checkout for one PDF and a separate authorised list of 6–50 delivery addresses.

Use the separate bulk checkout for member lists, not the single-address order form. For a group mailing, email us with the approximate number of addresses, number of pages and desired posting date. We can discuss the options before you share personal contact details.

Protecting your members’ details

Organisations should check that their membership or delivery list may lawfully be used for the intended mailing and should respect anyone who has opted out. If a newsletter contains promotional material, additional data protection considerations may apply.
