YOUR RETURN LABEL, PRINTED AND POSTED

Return label?
No printer needed.

Have a return-label PDF or image but no printer? Upload the existing file and we will print a paper copy and post it to your own address. Choose a UK postage service and see the total before paying.

Check before paying: a free QR-code printing option at a shop or locker may be faster. SendPrint mails the paper label to you, not your parcel. The label is printed on ordinary paper, not an adhesive sticker.

RETURN LABEL GUIDE

How to print a return label without a home printer

First check the returns instructions supplied by the retailer or courier. Some include an original PDF label while others give you a QR code that staff can use to print a label at the drop-off point.

  1. Find your label file. Download the original PDF or a clear image of your prepaid return label.
  2. Upload it above. Use the SendPrint ordering form on this page. A PDF is best for a sharp barcode.
  3. Address it to yourself. We print your file and post it as a letter to your UK address. Allow time for delivery before your return deadline.
  4. Attach the paper label. Trim it carefully and follow your courier guidance. Keep the barcode clear and undamaged.

Can my courier print it for free?

Often, yes. Royal Mail and Evri provide in-store QR-code printing for many eligible services. Many InPost returns are QR-only. Check those options first if you can reach a supported shop or locker.

What exactly will I receive?

A printed paper copy of your existing PDF or image, delivered by post. We do not create or purchase postage labels, supply sticky thermal labels, collect parcels or guarantee that a barcode will be accepted. Check that your document remains valid until the posted print reaches you.
