How online printing and posting works
Many forms, letters and vouchers arrive as PDF files. You do not need to find a public printer or buy stamps to get an ordinary paper copy into the post.
SendPrint is a printing and postal service. You remain responsible for checking that your document contains the correct pages, information, signatures and delivery address.
- Save the complete PDF on your phone, computer or tablet.
- Upload it using the file chooser and inspect the preview.
- Enter the recipient’s UK address, choose an available postage service and confirm the price.
- Pay online; we handle printing, packaging and handing the item to Royal Mail.
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are normally posted the same day, subject to the service terms. Delivery timing depends on the Royal Mail service chosen.
